Enrollment Step One:

Choose Your IUA

Choose the Initial Unsharable Amount (IUA) that you are comfortable with from $500 to $5,000. The IUA is the (per incident) dollar amount that the member chooses to carry on their own, and is paid by the member before any remaining medical needs are eligible for sharing. Once you decide which IUA you’d like, then click the “Enroll” under the IUA that you’ve want to sign up for.

Step Two:

Age, Smoking and Dependents

Now enter your birthday and smoking status and click “Update“.

In the drop-down menu add spouse and dependent information.

Then just click “Check-Out” at the bottom.

Step Three:

Personal Information, Member Principles, and Payment

Under “Enrollment” choose your Effective Date from the drop-down. Next, you will enter some information about you and your contact details. Important: The phone number you enter must be a cell phone number. Following that, you will agree to the Member Principles and Responsibilities and then answer the questions in the Health History section. Lastly, there is the payment section and authorization. Once all sections are completed, you will hit the green Submit button and your enrollment will be complete.

Last Step:

Create Your Login on Sedera’s Member Portal

When you have a Need come up, the Sedera member portal is where you can submit all of the bills relating to that Need and manage that Need on an ongoing basis.

Go to the Sedera Member Portal and set up your member profile. The system will prompt you to create a password and get signed in. Important note: When making your password, the system requires it to be eight digits and only numbers. A lot of folks choose a birthdate or anniversary date to help remember the password.
